Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At MaxiFollowers, customer satisfaction is our priority. This refund policy applies to all services purchased on maxifollowers.com.

In accordance with French legislation on digital goods and services, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code does not apply to digital services whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

2. Refund Conditions

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery: If your order has not been delivered within 72 hours of payment, you may request a full refund.
  • Partial delivery: If the quantity delivered is significantly less than the quantity ordered (less than 80%), we will complete the order or issue a proportional partial refund.
  • Our error: In case of an error in processing your order (wrong profile, wrong service), we will issue a full refund or correct the order.
  • Duplicate payment: Any duplicate payment will be fully refunded as soon as possible.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not possible in the following situations:

  • The order has been fully delivered according to the announced conditions
  • The profile or link provided was incorrect and the order was executed on the provided link
  • The profile was made private or deleted after the order
  • A natural drop in followers occurs after full delivery (our replacement guarantee applies in this case)
  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase

4. Replacement Guarantee

In addition to our refund policy, we offer a free 30-day replacement guarantee. If you notice a loss of followers within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will top up your order free of charge.

5. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@maxifollowers.com with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for your request
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours
  4. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days

6. Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 48 business hours. The actual refund to your bank account may take an additional 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are made exclusively to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed through Monetico, our secure payment provider.
